MARCHÉVIIDI currently works ONLY with US-based local suppliers to accommodate our US Consumers.
After you purchase any of our products, the next step is for us to ship it to you. And some of you might wonder what it takes to process your order then ship it to you. And most importantly, you might want to know how long it would take to get it to you, and what is that going to cost you? Is that correct?

Our shipping policy entails the step-by-step order fulfillment process from the initial order placement to shipment and delivery. The estimated time of delivery and shipping cost are also included.
Here at MARCHÉVIIDI we use a tracking system to check our order fulfillment status from start-to-finish. That way our customers can easily track their own order via their own MARCHÉVIIDI online account. Our customers can easily login to their account via https://marcheviidi.com/account/login using a proper username and password, and check and read notifications regarding their order status, other pending activities and more. Our customers may also access their promotional discount from their account.

Order fulfillment Process
Here is a snapshot of our step-by-step order fulfillment Activities:
Placing Order – Day 1
This is when the you, the customer place the order via our website
Verifying Order – 1-2 Days
This is when MARCHÉVIIDI reviews the order and payment
Processing Order – 1-2 Days
Once order and payment verification is complete, MARCHÉVIIDI processes the order.
Fulfilling Order – 1-3 Days
Warehouse receives the order, verifies the order, and fulfills the order.
Packaging Order – 1-2 Day
Warehouse places the order(s) in the appropriate package, and checks it off as ready for shipment – Depending on the product and the packaging material required, packaging may be handled by third-party packaging service.
Processing Shipment – 1-3 Days
Once packaging is verified, Warehouse will initiate the shipment process – This means verifying and selecting the preferred method of shipment à propos to the shipment location
Dispatch – 1 Day
This is when the package leaves the warehouse and is in the hands of the preferred carrier
Shipment / Order Transit – 1-3 Days
This is when the package is already en route, heading to its destination. Your package is now on its way to you.
Order Delivery – 1-3 Days
This is when the order reaches its final destination. Order will be delivered at the shipping address that you provided. This simply means that the mail carrier delivers the package to you at the shipment address that you provided. FYI, if it is a P.O. Box, you may want to check with your post office.
**** Please Note: The number of days are close estimates and may vary depending on shipment location. Shorter days, up to 3-5 days are estimated for Standard US shipping.
**** For Non-US Based Consumers: Shipment may take longer, up to 15-30 days for international shipments. All our products will be shipped from the US.
General Shipping Information
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on
weekends or holidays.
For standard shipment within the US, delivery may take on average 3-7 business days. And in rare occasions, it may take up to 10-15 days.
International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Order & Shipment Tracking
You can track your order from start-to-finish. You can track your order from the day that you placed the order all the way through the final delivery.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your
tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
You can use this tracking number to check the shipping status of your order.

- View all of your activities including your order and shipment status
You will also receive email notification regarding the status of your order.

US Shipping
Shipping Method
Our shipping method may vary depending on the location of our warehouse and shipment location. We choose the most efficient and cost effective method to deliver your product to your door.
For shipment within the US, we use standard shipping and regular shipping carriers including UPS, USPS and DHL.
Shipping rates
We provide free shipment on orders over $100.00.
Standard shipping cost and tax may be applied for shipments within the United States. This is calculated at checkout.

Estimated time of Delivery
For standard shipment within the US, delivery may take on average 3–7 business days. And in rare occasions, it may take up to 10 days.
If we are experiencing a back order due to the COVID-19, or a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few more days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Order Shipment delays
Time-to-time, shipment and order delivery may be delayed due to uncontrollable circumstances. In such event, you will be notified via email regarding the next course of action.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO
MARCHÉVIIDI ships to physical addresses and P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO within the U.S., U.S. Territories.
International Shipping
*****For Non-US-based consumers: International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days.
Due to stock status and time differences, we will choose to ship your item from our first available warehouse for faster delivery.
The process may take up to 25-30 days. And depending on the location, weather condition, or due to uncontrollable circumstances, occasionally, it may take longer, up to 45 days.
In such event, you will be notified via email or telephone regarding the next course of action.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
MARCHÉVIIDI is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipment, are the responsibilities of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
MARCHÉVIIDI is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
